The Northwest Territories Class 7 License is the first level in the Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) program for new drivers. It is designed to help new drivers gain experience and develop their driving skills gradually. To obtain a Class 7 license in the Northwest Territories, the driver must be at least 15 years old and pass a written knowledge test and a vision test.
